We sure do eat a lot of homemade cookies around these parts.
Check out these tasty “calorie-free” cookies.
Disclaimer: they are only calorie-free, because at Christmas, cookies are calorie-free!
Soft and chewy chocolate drops
adapted from Baker’s (with different topping)
What you need:
- 4 baker’s unsweetened chocolate
- 3/4 butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2-1/2 cups flour
- 14 Andes mints (or something to that fact)
How you make it:
heat over to 350 degrees, microwave unsweetened chocolate and butter for 2 mins until melted. Stir until chocolate is melted. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla and flour. refrigerate for 1 hour or until dough is easy to handle.
shape into 1 inch balls and place on lightly greased baking sheet or parchment paper.
bake 8 mins or just until set. Break in half an Andie’s mint and place it on top of the warm cookie. Swirl with a tooth pic after 2 mins
Eat and enjoy.

Oh my goodness, I love love love Andes mints. And such, I’m sure I’d devour these cookies. Yummy! And calorie free, huh? I love Christmas!
