this weeks menu 2/26
Sunday- eating at the in-laws so no dinner plans necessary.
Monday- Leftovers because last Thursday we never got a chance to finish them.
Tuesday- Pork Fried Rice
Wednesday- meatloaf, mash potatoes, and carrots
Thursday- I want to try something new. Enchiladas
Friday- Homemade Pizza
Saturday – Breakfast extravaganza

Sick of eating the same dinners and meals every week? Well try something new. Who knows it might actually be a family keeper and you server it more often. I suggest trying a new recipe on a day that you have some extra time to put into dinner. A new recipe is fun but it also means you need to dedicate some time to it. I love searching Allrecipes.com for a new recipe.







We just did loaded Nachos last night. So yummy! Left over white rice, unused corn tortillas, salsa, one pound of ground beef, Walmart brand taco seasoning, and we had to different kinds of shredded cheese we needed to use up and some left over sour cream. In a large skillet heat one inch of oil, cut tortillas into 4′s and cook for a few seconds on each side. Place on paper towels and salt as needed. YUMMO! The kids thought it was so fun to have CHIPS for dinner!
