This week I have some of my most favorite meals planned. I love corn-beef and cabbage in the crock pot. Its going to be St. Patrick’s day this Saturday and who doesn’t like to eat corn-beef and cabbage? Well i know one person who doesn’t like cabbage and they dont live in the house. Sunday dinner is an easy recipe I found. I enjoy my Sundays. I dont want them to be not full of craziness so i choose an easy meal to cook. I am having a play group at my house on Saturday, So maybe I will get around to making the soup, maybe not. If its not Sat, it will be for Sunday.
One follower asked me a really good questions and I want to share my answers with you all. She asked ” why dont you plan your breakfast and lunch menu too?” This is a great questions to ask. My response is this: Breakfast in this house is really simple. I dont cook eggs every morning or do anything real extravagant . Its usually cereal or oatmeal with some sort of fruit. It doesn’t take much planning and I always have these items around. As for lunch, it’s just myself and the Dino. We dont eat extravagant lunches. Again they are pretty simple and nutritious. I dont feel like I need to plan for them as I have them under-control. This is not to say that I don’t plan my grocery shopping list around them, I just choose not to write a menu plan for breakfast and lunch.
