UPDATED: SCROLL DOWN TO SEE MY STATS
You fill in the blank: joy, fun, madness, jumping, dripping buckets, sexiness, shred.

So as you can see by the results they are kinda mixed. I feel toned and have lost weight in my arms, thighs, and bust. I do feel those areas have toned up nicely and I enjoy the way they look. For the weight gain and waist, hip measurements sure got me thinking. Any who, I am proud to say that I stuck to the program (mostly every day if not running) and pushed through some hard times with motivation. I really enjoyed workout 1 and 3, and couldn’t enjoy 2 as much as I thought I would. Will I do it again in the future? Absolutely.
Can we officially call me a shred-head.
A little background first. I am not obsessed with my weight although it factors into the big picture. I enjoy working out, and need structured workouts. I am already training for my first 5k in June (only a month away) and want a little more! I have read tons of good things about the 30 day shred and can’t wait to start my journey. I have tried the 30 day shred before and have NEVER successfully finished all 30 days. So here is to “bringing my sexy” back with Jillian Michaels.
I should follow the meal plan but we will save that for another day! That’s not to say that I will be eating bon bons and chips for every meal. Just not going to follow her meal plan.
HOW ABOUT YOU JOIN ME?
Are you a shred-head? Have you tried it? If so, please leave a brief review down in the comments for me!

Sounds like you are doing awesome, I’m doing good just to get my mile walk in every morning. But then again I am almost 7 months pregnant
) ha ha. I can’t wait till the baby’s here and I can take long stroller walks.
Thanks Rachael. Keep walking it’s good for the both of you. and who cares if you are waddling!
Exactly how tone did you feel? I have read reviews of this thing and they all sound like you should become a complete other person, but that is probably a whole lot of commercial talk. Obviously, it is worth it because you are going to do it again, but I know me. If I don’t see a change FAST I’ll have to move on to the next trend. lol Then again, sticking to something for 30 days could be rewarding in itself. lol
I have to agree that this is NOT going to fix things fast. 30 days in a journey to be strong is not a lot of time. WIth that said, it’s a start in the right direction for most.
